The MU400 series is a compact PLC module developed by MEGMEET based on the mOPAX platform. Designed for efficient and flexible machine control, it provides a standardized and scalable solution for a wide range of automation applications. By combining flexible system configuration with streamlined installation and maintenance, the MU400 helps machine builders simplify control system design and make better use of limited cabinet space. It is ideal for stand-alone machine control and large scale distributed I/O control, serving industries such as logistics, automotive, electronics, packaging, and consumer goods.

• Ultra-Compact Design: Features a compact design just 12 mm thick to optimize control cabinet space, while dual Ethernet ports with switch mode simplify networking
• Integrated EtherCAT Motion Control: Features a built-in EtherCAT master supporting up to 8 axes, with 1 ms / 4-axis synchronization for precise multi-axis control.
• Standardized Programming: Based on CODESYS and compliant with IEC 61131-3, supporting six programming languages: ST*, LD*, SFC*, CFC*, FBD*, and IL*.
• Flexible Expansion: Supports up to 16 expansion modules, with built-in 2 expansion card slots and support AD* / DA* / DI* / DO* / CAN* / RS232 / RS485 expansion cards for flexible system configuration.
• High-Speed Pulse Output: Supports up to 4-axis 200 kHz high-speed pulse output, with Pulse, Pulse + Direction, AB Phase, and CW/CCW* modes for versatile motion applications.
