Our SMILE-ARD series automatic rescue device is just the right choice to meet such requirements. If the mains power is suddenly off, the elevator controller will start using SMILE-ARD as a backup power supply, and automatically level the elevator with the nearest floor, effectively avoiding passengers being trapped.
