2、Load one computer with vision system and Win7 system (load with host computer, PLC and configuration software);

Working Principle
1、Thro ugh the orifice plate calibration and test, verify the accuracy and stability of the equipment, as shown in the following figure: Locate the center coordinates of the 34 holes, manually locate the center positions of the 1, 2, and 3 holes through the camera, and then use the matrix to calculate the remaining 32 The center coordinate position of the hole, and then manually set the center coordinate of any point, and check its accuracy through the camera;

2、Cam era calibration, calibrate the position of the 34 holes recorded by the camera in the first step on the board, the camera puts the coordinate position into a two-dimensional code, the clearer the two-dimensional code seen by the naked eye, the higher the accuracy

3、For la beling test, as shown in the figure below, label the center of the 32 holes;

4、After the labeling is completed, the labeling position is measured by the visual system, and the stability and accuracy of the equipment system are analyzed to meet the requirements. If it does not meet the cpk (reference standard value), the appeal action needs to be repeated until the standard is reached So far, the real labeling can be done.
5、The above PLC and vision system communicate via RS485 free port protocol.
