System solution

2、Principle description: Each set of labeling mechanism is equipped with two color mark sensors, one of which detects the head of the base mark, and the other detects the head of the small mark as the origin of the labeling axis. After detecting the header of the bottom mark, the electronic cam is started in the rising edge interrupt subroutine to follow the spindle to execute the cam curve. After the cam cycle is completed, the linear error correction is performed, and then the labeling axis returns to the origin to wait for the next labeling cycle;

3、The technological process of the two sets of labeling agencies is the same, the difference is that the label parameters and labeling positions are inconsistent;

Precautions

1、The instruction should be driven by the rising edge energy flow, only need to be called once;

2、Note that curves 1-4 correspond to Y0-Y3 axes;

3、The standard version of MC280 does not support the electronic cam function. If necessary, please specify the requirements when ordering.

    

Summary

1、Debugging results: when the base mark is around 15 cm, the speed of the small mark (the length of the two small marks is 25mm and 35mm respectively) can reach 50m / min, and the accuracy can be controlled within plus or minus 0.5mm; At around 80 cm, the small standard speed can be 30-40m / min, and the accuracy can be controlled within plus or minus 1mm, basically meeting customer requirements;

2、After using the MC280 motion controller from McGemett, the labeling efficiency has been greatly improved, the performance is stable, the effect is good, and the error during the speed change is also within the customer's acceptance. In addition, the equipment needs to be equipped with tension control for winding and unwinding, which can greatly improve the labeling efficiency and accuracy.
