Transformation background 

The customer Kunming Cigarette Factory relocated the new factory and renovated some of the smoke machine equipment. One of the rigid packaging machines produced by GD electronic Ltd. in Italy needs to be modified. It is to complete the tasks of packet forming and oil sealing. The drying tank conveyor belt completes the tasks of packet drying and packet delivery to the box machine. The box machine realizes the functions of bag forming and bag sealing oil.

This modification is to rectify the driver of the drying tank conveyor belt motor. This driver is a driver board provided by the equipment supplier of the machine. When the driver is damaged, it cannot be repaired on the market and is difficult to buy. The purchase cost is extremely high, and The output harmonics are large (because of the small size, the analysis is caused by heat dissipation and the use of lower carrier frequency) is easy to cause motor overheating damage. The transformation is of great significance and has the significance of industry promotion. The drying trough conveyor belt equipment is shown below

Transformation goal

Realize the original driver function, that is, low frequency output strong torque; can synchronize with the host (the host is driven by Emerson EV2000), quickly start and stop; when turning the car (the steering wheel is manually adjusted to the host), the inverter needs to judge whether there is a cigarette pack And jog operation or stop. There is a long buffer belt between the conveyor belt and the box machine, which does not require coordination.

 

Transformation results 

To achieve the above target function of the original drive, and the output harmonics are smaller than the original drive, the equipment runs at a production speed of 380 packs / minute, and the motor temperature is much better than before the renovation.

 

Transformation process 

1.Driver selection

Motor specifications: P = 2.1kW, U-rated = 220V, I-rated = 8.3A, fn = 133.34Hz, N = 4000rpm.

Encoder specifications: resolver encoder, line speed is 683.

According to the specifications of the motor and encoder, our company's MV600S-4T2.2 is selected for transformation (because position control is not used, in fact, MV600G is enough) By changing the motor parameter group, the output voltage can be controlled to meet the motor rated voltage requirements.

2.Function realization and wiring diagram

Low-frequency output high torque: through the advanced algorithm model program of the Megmeet inverter, the precise motor parameters are self-tuned, and the high-performance closed-loop vector control algorithm of the Megmeet inverter can realize 200% torque at 0 frequency. Output.

Follow the synchronization function of the host: the operation signal of the MV600 is controlled by the relay output of the EV2000 driven by the host. The MV600 speed reference signal is given to the X8 terminal by the open collector high-speed pulse signal of the host. In order to achieve fast following, set the MV600 acceleration and deceleration time as short as possible.

3.Realization of cranking function

When an abnormality occurs on the host and manual slow adjustment is required, the device needs to run in cranking mode. At this time, in order to keep the intervals of cigarette packets on the conveyor belt uniform, to avoid cigarette gambling failures caused by the tipping of cigarette packets, the conveyor belt needs to determine whether there are cigarette packets added to determine whether it needs to continue operation. At this time, the host is manually For manual cranking, the MV600 cannot get the speed command. In order to realize this function, the jog function of MV600 is selected. The jog operation command is given by the crank signal and the cigarette packet and the signal phase (relay in series) is given by X4. The jog operation frequency is set by the keyboard, after the actual disk Confirm after the car is adjusted.
