On January 18, 2023, Megmeet held the 2022 Awards Ceremony and 2023 New Year Ceremony. Dr. Tong Yongsheng, Megmeet Chairman & CEO, along with Zhang Zhi, Wang Tao, Shen Chuchun, and other corporate leaders, attended the meeting.

Looking back at 2022, Megmeet, despite the impact of the pandemic, successfully endured the challenges, achieved historical records in business innovation, and saw steady growth in revenue. To recognize excellence, motivate efforts, and drive development, awards such as the Outstanding Operation Award, Honor Team Award, Safety Vanguard Award, and 5S Excellent Improvement Award were selected by the group after department submissions, rigorous screening, and assessments. Group leaders presented trophies and bonuses to 20 outstanding teams who received these honors.

 

Setting new goals and creating new opportunities, the meeting also included the signing of operation responsibility agreements to clarify management responsibilities and enhance corporate governance mechanisms. Heads of various operating units collectively signed operation responsibility agreements for the year 2023. Dr. Tong led all attendees in a solemn pledge: "We will give our all, move forward courageously, without excuses or compromises, to achieve our goals!"

During the meeting, Dr. Tong congratulated the teams that received outstanding recognition in 2022 and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all Megmeet employees who worked hard over the past year. He encouraged each unit to demonstrate the spirit of "bravery wins in narrow encounters," go all out, fulfill their missions without compromise, and achieve the 2023 business goals. He emphasized the importance of talent acquisition, activating organizational vitality, continuous optimization, and improving the efficiency of talents to build a workforce that aligns with the group's long-term development strategy.

Dr. Tong also mentioned that 2023 is a promising year for Megmeet. The group's continuous deepening in the business field over the years has gradually formed a solid foundation, and its scale, benefits, and industry influence are increasingly prominent. In the Year of the Rabbit, they must seize market opportunities, expand business continuously, and promote steady growth; adhere to the core business strategy of "market-oriented, customer-centered," continuously optimize products, solutions, and services; and stick to the development strategy of "horizontal extension for growth, vertical deepening for strength," achieving sustained high-quality development for Megmeet.
