On May 19, 2023 Megmeet Supplier Conference was held in grandeur at Hilton Hotel in Zhuzhou, Hunan, China.

      The conference brought together various key figures, including Megmeet Chairman Tong Yongsheng, COO Zhang Zhi, Vice General Manager Li Shengfu, heads of supply chain management, and leaders of various operating units. Additionally, more than 400 representatives from over 200 domestic and international supplier partners gathered in Zhuzhou. They convened to discuss and explore the theme of "Lead, Open, Cooperate, innovate " and to chart a new blueprint for collaborative development.

At the outset of the conference, Megmeet COO Zhang Zhi provided an overview of the corporate business and management strategies, highlighting the achievements in revenue, products, technological research and development. Zhang Zhi expressed gratitude to the suppliers for their strong support in 2022, which contributed to Megmeet's upward trajectory in revenue. The Vice General Manager of the Supply Chain Management Center, Zhu Di, introduced the Megmeet's procurement strategy and procurement plans for 2023-2024, emphasizing the ongoing deepening of cooperation with top-tier suppliers to create a world-class procurement management model and a safe and efficient Megmeet supply chain system.

      During the conference, Li Shengfu, Vice General Manager of Megmeet, General Manager of the Zhuzhou Manufacturing Base and Director of the Megmeet's Disciplinary Inspection Committee, shared his years of professional experience about implementing the lean management, which has resulted in a sustained competitive edge of low cost, high quality, and rapid delivery. He emphasized the importance of establishing healthy, sustainable, and cooperative relationships, as well as building a fair, just, and transparent business environment. Megmeet firmly opposed any form of commercial corruption and fraudulent activities, urging suppliers to join in maintaining a clean and honest business environment.

      The rapid development of Megmeet's Zhuzhou Manufacturing Base over the past decade was acknowledged and supported by the local government of Zhuzhou. The conference featured a speech by Huang Jijun, Member of Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhuzhou High-tech Zone, as well as a member of the Party Group of the People's Government of Tianyuan District. Huang expressed warm welcome and anticipation for the development of Megmeet Zhuzhou, recognizing its significant contributions to the city's high-quality development. The government pledged to continue nurturing and supporting local enterprises and encouraged upstream and downstream companies to establish themselves in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone, promoting the development of industrial clusters.

The conference also featured speeches from supplier representatives, including Mr. Wang Fan, General Manager of Texas Instruments Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Ms. Ai Liang, President of Hunan Aihua Co., Ltd. Both expressed their hopes for continued strategic cooperation, mutual assistance, collaboration, and shared success together.

Before the evening banquet, Megmeet Chairman Tong Yongsheng delivered a concluding speech. He expressed sincere gratitude to the supplier partners for their support and emphasized Megmeet's edges, such as its diverse product lines, rich and stable customer resources, substantial research and development investment, and excellent external investment returning capabilities. He encouraged supplier partners to maintain confidence in our business relationship, fostering a mutually beneficial ecosystem of cooperation and mutual growth.
