MEGMEET Designs 800 V HVDC Sidecar for NVIDIA AI Data Center Platform

Shenzhen, China / San Jose, USA / Ontario, Canada – May 21, 2025 — MEGMEET, a global leader in power electronics and energy-efficient solutions, today announced that it is designing and manufacturing advanced HVDC power solutions including a 800 V High Voltage DC (HVDC) data center architecture for NVIDIA Kyber rack-scale systems. With AI workloads scaling rapidly, traditional 54 V DC rack-level power architectures are no longer sufficient. At Computex, Megmeet displayed its 800 V sidecar solution designed to power mega-watt scale racks for the next generation of AI factories, supporting NVIDIA’s vision for the 800 V HVDC data center.

                       

 

MEGMEET’s 800 VDC is leading the transition to 800 V HVDC data center power infrastructure
MEGMEET is at the forefront of this transformation, engineering high-efficiency, high-reliability 800 VDC power supply systems designed to:

-Enable rack-level power delivery beyond 1 MW

-Enable up to 5% improvement in end-to-end power efficiency

-Reduce copper usage by up to 45% compared to legacy systems

-Simplify data center power architecture and minimize space and cooling overhead
